ADMIN Panel --> Login with NRSP client applicant-->MLRO/MLCO'-->fill the form-->Submit-->go with admin panel-->License request-->pre license request-->Question no.8,9,10,12,19(a) provided document does not show in admin panel.

Description

Step to re-produce bug.
1.Login with NRSP client applicant
2.MLRO/MLCO-->fill the form
3.Submit
4.Go with admin panel
5.License request-->pre license request
6.question 8,9,10,12,19(a)

Actual Result: provided document does not show in admin panel.
Excepted Result: admin is able to see all attached document.
