Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with NRSP client applicant
2.click action button
3.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION
4.Qus 27--> submit
5.Login with admin panel
6.License request-->pre-license request
7.Qus no. 27
Actual Result-->
Qus no. 27 does not reflect the complete data in admin panel.
expected Result-->
Qus no. 27 reflect all data lfsc page same in admin page.
