Login with NRSP client applicant-->Click action button-->Go with form INFORMATION IN SUPPORT --->Fill the form-->Submit-->Question number 10 percentage should not exceed to 100.

Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with NRSP client applicant
2.click action button
3.Go with form "INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION TO REGISTER AS A SERVICE PROVIDER"
4.Qus 10 & 27
5.Submit
6.Percentage should not be exceed 100
7.Email should not enter invalid
