Description

1. Allydoc logo header at top - should remove
2. Replace Choose an option to "Choose one option"
3. Card shadow - need to provide little bit more shadow
4 . Amount not aligned in front of the plan name or text
5. "OR" line between one time payment & select plan - overlaps
6. Select membership plan text missing
