Admin Login – "Back" Icon Navigation Should Be Updated

In the Admin login view, when viewing an application (e.g., "Radioactive") and clicking the "Back" icon, it takes the user to the "All Radioactive Sources Registration" page instead of going back to the previous screen.
Instead of the "Back" icon, we should have a button that directly takes the user to the "All Radioactive Sources Registration" page. This will make navigation clearer and more straightforward.
