Dashboard Counts Not Updated When Signing Up as New User After Completing Assessment as Guest

Description
On the dashboard, the "Registered Users Assessment" and "Un-Registered Users Assessment" counts do not update correctly when a user completes an assessment as a guest and then signs up as a new user to save their progress.

- Status changed from New to Feedback
Counts display in number(Kilo) can you add steps where is the issue you are facing.
I checked and count is working fine after signup.

- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- Status changed from Resolved to Reopened
- Status changed from Reopened to Resolved
as we verified in yesterday flows in document all working fine.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
