Once the inspector approves an application, they should no longer be able to access it from anywhere. However, currently, if the application number is manually edited in the URL, it is still accessible.

Check screenshot attached.
 After approving Application 1110, I edited another application by replacing ID 1110 with 1111, and it still showed the record.
