Admin - User Assessment detail page - Comment field in Hebrew is required. If assessment is in english then only English comment field should require. Please discuss with sir once

I have checked after saving comments in both English and Hebrew, the comments always appear in English if the assessment is taken in English. So, I don’t think it is necessary to make this field required.
