Why are we asking users to set a password during login if they have already done so after resetting their password?

Description

Follow these steps:

1. Login screen > Glömt Lösenord > Återställ lösenord > Enter email address > Enter OTP > Set a new password.
2. Return to the login screen and enter the newly set password.
3. The system again prompts to set a new password, which should not happen.
