Issue Description

1) Put asterisk marks on the mandatory field
2) why these validations are arriving 2 times
3) put valid email format validation message
4) After selecting type of house then validation message should get reset
5) why the validation message is arriving while I added data on fields
6) which type of file format supports please mention the file type on the "Please attach your file" section
7)
