Description

Both (Fund Manager & Fund Administrator)-->Both (Fund Manager & Fund Administrator)-->Schedule 4-->

Qus.13, Qus.19-->Yes-->provide value-->save-->edit-->go with Qus.13-->Table gets disappear and "YES" option gets unselect as well.

Qus.13--> As YES option gets unselect then-->select again "YES"-->save-->after save value from Date Field gets disappear.
