Description
Login with credit unions-->go with form "Education Details"-->
1. Point no.34--> Should be option for attachment upload as per client comment.
2. Point no.35-->Why does applicant able to select date for Status input field.
3. Point no.38--> text Field should open if user selects YES.
4. Point no. 37--> Need to implement as per client requirement.
