Description
Login with credit unions-->go with form "Declaration Contact Information"-->
(1). Name field should allow space .
(2). Occupation should allow alphanumeric along with special characters.
(3). As applicant put email address then "occupation" input field shifts to right.
(4). There should be two option for two upload.
