Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the admin page.
2. Click on the exercise tab >> exercise list
3. Create new >> fill input data >> validations should be working fine and properly.
4. Users should not be able to save data if they do not fill all mandatory fields.
5. Each field validation should be working properly.
