After clicking on cancel functionality i am not able to select options from Spare sent by field on First click, i need to click on the option two time

Description

1. Click on Spare requirement from any complaint
2. Click on Next button
3. Check the checkbox of Dispatch details
4. Click on Spare sent by field
5. Select any option
6. Click on cancel button
7. Now select any option from spare sent by field.
8. You will be able to select the option on 2nd
